Participants learn to assess their personality and incorporate Type-Specific mental exercises into their golf games for lower scores and greater enjoyment. The workshop teaches golfers exercises for stress release, methods for changing negative emotions and beliefs into positive and empowering behaviors, and technical assistance and practice regimines to facilitate optimal performance.
