their golf games for lower scores and greater enjoyment. The workshop
teaches golfers exercises for stress release, methods for changing negative
emotions and beliefs into positive and empowering behaviors, and technical
assistance and practice regimines to facilitate optimal performance. |

exercises that golfers of all abilities can immediately apply to their
golf games designed to increase focus upon pre-shot routine, visioning
